These face brick units with steel tipped doors provide weatherproof protection for your domestic, industrial or commercial investments. The Tenant provides their own padlock so that access to their units is limited to them only. The property is secured with razor wire and electric fencing which is linked to a 24 hour armed response company. The premises are also manned 24 hours per day. Access is from Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. Our rates are inclusive of VAT and we require a one month refundable deposit. We operate on a month to month lease with one month's notice to vacate the premises. Limited labour available for assistance.
